For government required tax and record purposes we keep invoice information for 5 years.
Other demographic and analytical information we keep for only 12 months.
Who we share information with
We do not share any of your invoices information with anyone.
IP Address based information is shared with Google inc and email address information is shared with Mailchimp inc, if you have given us permission to do so.
Can I get the information you have or delete it
Certainly. You can have access to the information we have from your invoice and we will delete this information should you wish us to do so. Simply contact our security department at: craig(at)mungo.co.za
